Tebogo Mogapi
Executive Chairman & CEO of United Wireless

Tebogo’s remarkable career growth in the telecoms industry is what makes him a formidable CEO and business driver for United Wireless. His extensive industry and market knowledge of running multinational corporates built in him the resilience, agility and enormous entrepreneurial competence.

Starting at MTN in 2000 his journey of over 20 years in telecoms lead to successful industry experience in management, distribution, and international affairs, as well as serving as CEO and executive member on various boards
in various african countries for MTN.

He also held previous positions at Coca-Cola, South African Breweries and multiple start-ups. He has a passion to drive growth on the african continent through solutions improving distribution and access to digital progression.

Joe Ndekwe
Chief Financial Officer of United Wireless

Joe has a rich career and an enormous amount of experience across various industries such as process engineering, petrochemistry, and telecoms. With a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, his business fortitude, operational skills, and entrepreneurial
capability and drive.

Joe is instrumental in the operational, strategic growth, and success of United Wireless internationally through his strength and tenacity in business development.

With over 10 years of experience in cellular services and logistics serving as Chief of Sales Marketing Officer for 13years at Pactel Telecommunications he also held various senior position at Allied Mobile Group, Terracom SP and Rwandatel SP while serving as a board member

Patrick Kariningufu
Chief Innovation Officer & Co-Founder of United Wireless

A former regional manager for Google Africa focusing on fibre infrastructure networks allowing Google products to be more accessible on the continent, he has 20 years of telecoms engineering experience.

Patrick is focused on bolstering the United Wireless growth and footprint in Africa and the Middle East.

Through his impressive and strategic drive and the finesse to start up and grow multinational tech businesses, new products and revenue streams, he is set on building this brand and Innovative offerings exponentially.

He held various positions including CEO and CTO of RwandaTel, Vice President of Middle East & Africa at OneWeb and is a board member at multiple start-ups. He has extensive experience in primarily focusing on sales, business development, regulatory, licensing, market access and government affairs.
